
WHO WE ARE: The Fellowship hereafter referred to as ‘Dominion Men’ is an umbrella under which men of ICGC primarily and men in general assembly to push forward the Kingdom of God through forums and organized events in the four walls of the church, the community and beyond as directed by the Holy Spirit. It’s an umbrella to bring Men together as an organized force for the enhancement of the Kingdom of God as men are empowered to be leaders in their generation and effectively influence their society with the principles of the Kingdom of God as expressed by the Holy Scriptures.
Under the Dominion Men, we will come together as men, learn about God and share experiences and ideas as men and also know our role and purpose in the Body of Christ.
Dominion Men is a gathering in an atmosphere of trust, equality, brotherliness and faith. We prayerfully support one another to bring unity among us as men of the same Body of Christ, as well as training and equipping ourselves to fulfill our called out vision in our generation.
Dominion Men is governed by the beliefs and doctrines of ICGC - Dominion Temple and is subject in principle; first to the authority of Jehovah God and ICGC - Dominion Temple .
There will be 3 patrons, 2 will be popularly nominated by the general assembly to serve for 2 terms and can be re-nominated. A patron can be removed from office the same way he was nominated if the general assembly feels he is incompetent.
A patron will be one that maintains a very high standard of integrity and morality, and is expected to maintain a life style consistent with the statement of faith as stated below.
The pastor of the church will be the life patron.

MISSION STATEMENT: To reach out to men, motivate them to grow mentally and spiritually for Christ, and to build up and mobilize men for the work in God’s Kingdom and to equip men for spiritual leadership in the family, work place and society, and to influence our generation with the principles of the word of God.

OFFICERS: There shall be a total of 6 executive officers duly nominated and elected into office by the general assembly of members of The Dominion Men Fellowship.
Other assisting officers and or committees may or can be created by any sitting executive group as is fit, during their tenure of office.
Thus; President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer or Treasury, First Organizing Secretary, Second Organizing Secretary
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY OF OFFICERS; The officers are generally and collectively responsible for the smooth running of the fellowship and accountable to the general assembly in regards to the conduct of their duties.
The President: He operates as the leader and spokes person of the executive group and he is also the leading physical official representative of the fellowship. He is chairman of the general assembly meetings and also executive meetings.
The Vice President: He operates in an assisting capacity to the President and will undertake all other responsibilities delegated to him by the President.
Secretary: He shall have the responsibility of keeping of all records of the fellowship excluding financial records. Records such as attendance at meetings, minutes, correspondence and any record that the executive or the general assembly shall decide to keep.
The Treasurer or treasury: He shall keep all financial records of the fellowship including financial contributions, accounts, budgets, revenue, expenditure and all other financial records that the executive or the general assembly shall decide to keep.
First Organizing Secretary: He shall be responsible for organizing events and all other activities of the fellowship including meetings and so on. Will be responsible for doing all feasibility studies with regards to any undertakings of the fellowship and liaise with other executive member or other members as is fit to pull-off events successfully. He will act as MC or organizer during events of the fellowship.
Second Organizing Secretary: He shall be responsible for organizing events and all other activities of the fellowship including meetings and so on. He will act as MC or organizer during events of the fellowship.
WHO CAN BE AN EXECUTIVE? : The prospective executive member shall be nominated either by himself or by somebody and must be seconded by another member of the fellowship for any position.
Every member nominated for an executive position must be a member in good standing in the fellowship and The Church ( ICGC-Dominion Temple ).
HOW OFFICERS ARE CHOOSEN (elections); A maximum of three nominees will be accepted for each position.
Nominated members for the various positions shall be made public on the notice board for a period of two weeks prior to elections for comments and feedback.
The General assembly shall appoint an electoral board comprising 3 member for every election. The board shall be deemed dissolved after the successful completion of such election.
The board shall have the responsibility of organizing the elections inline with stated principles of Dominion Men Fellowship
HOW EXECUTIVES ARE ELECTED: Voting of executives shall be done on the basis of simple secret ballot.
The nominee with 2/3 or more of the total vote cast shall become the elected executive officer.
In a situation where no nominee had 2/3 or more of the votes, there shall be a run off between the leading two contenders with the elected executive decided on the basis of simple majority.
The losing executives shall congratulate the winning executives who, led by the President shall give an acceptance speech to the general assembly on behalf of the entire executive.
TRANSITION PERIOD: The last two months at the end of the second year term of the sitting executives shall be the transition period, in which the old executives are to orient the new about the entire fellowship’s files, activities, etc.
There shall be a handing over general assembly meeting organized by the exiting executives. After which the new executives take over.
The term of each executive position shall be 2 years, after which the exiting executive officer shall or can only be nominated for the same or another executive position after the preceding 2 year term has elapsed.
MEETINGS:
• Location: Church Auditorium.
• Time: 10 minutes after Sunday church service.
• Duration: TBD (to be determined)
Meetings will be held once every month and attendance considered mandatory.
The executives shall in consultation with each other shall call an emergency meeting, time and duration will be base on condition prevailing.
All meetings shall be held at the premises of ICGC-Dominion Temple .
The executive shall upon their own choosing have meeting as they see fit.
It is suggested however, that the executive endeavor to meet at least once every two months.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership is open to every natural biological man. All men of ICGC- Dominion Temple are automatic members of THE DOMINION MEN FELLOWSHIP.
FINANCE: The Dominion Men Fellowship shall be finance mainly through monthly dues of $20 requested of every member and other willful donations or contributions and other fund raiser activities. Underwriting is permitted.
OTHER ISSUES:
Bank Accounts: A separate account could be held in the name of the Church for the fellowship, which shall be monitored by the executive and any committee established by the general assembly as is fit with a particular and defined mandate at any time.
Financial Books: They shall be kept accurately and openly by the executive.
Quarterly, The Executive (Treasurer) will present the entire financial standing, budget and outlook to the general assembly.
Autonomy: The fellowship is deemed autonomous except only to the church and its leadership collectively.
Arising Issues: All decision and issues that will or may arise during the course of the running of the fellowship which is not covered under this document shall be referred to the general assembly by the executive for a decision to be taken.
